What does it mean that your shirts are W.R.A.P certified?

Simple -« The WRAP program certifies facilities for compliance with the 12 WRAP Principles which assure safe, legal and ethical manufacturing processes »
Do you give refunds or accept returns?

No we do not. We ask that you message us if you have any concerns before purchasing anything and to make sure you look at our size guide. Of course if there is a print error you will be refunded
What about lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. You are provided with a tracking number and can contact Canada Post directly with any concerns. If you want insurance on your package or wish to have a signature required contact us before hand and we will set that up for you :)
How long do orders take to ship out?

Orders take 5 - 10 business days to send out. Emails or msgs sent concerning shipping status before 10 business days may not be answered as we are very busy. Thank you for your understanding :)
Do you have any pick up locations?
